Belterra New Community Master Plan

RVi developed a master plan and community thematics for this project in the Hill Country of Central Texas.  The project offers 2,000 residential lots providing a variety of lot sizes and price points.

All residential neighborhoods are linked by pedestrian trails. In order to reduce pedestrian crossing of roadways and provide these neighborhood links, pedestrian underpasses are located under the main collector boulevard.
