Belterra Parks & Open Space

RVi developed the park and open space master plan, including trail design for Belterra.  The Open space network was carefully designed to preserve buffers for wet-weather creeks and sensitive natural areas. RVi wrote grant requests and guided the process to acquire over $400,000 in public funds to offset development costs for the first phases of park facilities. Two neighborhood parks, a community recreation center and approximately 2.5 miles of trail have been built to date.
