Coyote Springs Master Plan

Located at the convergence of Clark and Lincoln Counties, Coyote Springs is 50 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada. Coyote Springs will be a complete new city with a population of 240,000 residents.


The master land-use plan includes a PGA Village golf community and resort, an age-restricted Active Adult Community, multiple single-family residential villages, schools, parks, churches, mixed-use commercial development, and a destination recreational facility.
