Chris Patterson
Principal - Houston

Chris began his career at the City of Houston Planning and Development Department. As a Principal Planner, he reviewed complex land development projects and made recommendations to the Planning Director and Houston Planning Commission. Since leaving the City to become a private planning consultant, he has designed and entitled a wide variety of projects throughout the Houston and Dallas areas. Chris brings to RVi Houston the unique ability to understand the needs of both the developer and the communities in which they work. This perspective allows him to build consensus for projects and find winning solutions for all parties involved.
