Frank Oberlin has over 25 years of diverse experience in real estate finance, homebuilding and master planned community development. He has proven to be an effective problem solver in land use and development related issues and expands RVi’s services with his depth of knowledge regarding complex land issues and property value enhancement. Frank has first-hand experience of every aspect of development, as a lender, partner, developer, seller, buyer and homebuilder and his unique inter-disciplinary blend of skills and experience offer RVi’s clients a wholistic approach to their development challenges.
