As Principal and Director of Park Planning & Design, Barbara brings more than 20 years of professional experience to the RVi team. Having practiced in both Texas and California, Barbara's leadership is invaluable when dealing with complex issues. She has a special gift for relating to special-interest groups and garnering community feedback. She is particularly adept with regulatory processing and client relations. Barbara's real expertise is in parks and recreation master planning and design, including all phases of project management from conceptual through final design, contract document, bidding process and construction administration.
