Gene has more than 20 years experience in master planning and landscape architecture practice, and as RVi's Planning Director his broad knowledge influences not only master planning but, landscape architecture design for office parks, new towns, major mixed-use residential development and commercial centers, park and recreational center design and golf course routing design. Gene is a leader in understanding today's complex planning issues. He understands the nuances of development proforma, market factors, and buyer expectations and deftly matches that with environmental design criteria, stormwater management and open space programming, land use capacities, and communities with longevity.
