This Friday, September 19th, marks National PARK(ing) Day. Conceived by REBAR and spearheaded by the Trust for Public Land, PARK(ing) Day is a one-day, global event where participants collaborate to transform parking spots into temporary public parks. RVi is teaming up with ValleyCrest, Forms + Surfaces and Recreation Consultants of Texas to turn two parking spaces on Congress Avenue into an urban park. We'll be holding meetings on the green and serving refreshments, so stop by, take your shoes off and let your toes wiggle through the grass!
