Ex RVi'er At-Large
This month, we've spent some time with an ex RVi'er turned-client. John Worrall, a former partner at RVi has in recent years been spotted in landfills and surface mines throughout the state of Texas. In the past year alone, there have been sightings of him in the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston metropolitan areas as well as in smaller communities and rural areas. He has been known to use the alias John Worrall Consulting and is frequently disguised as a simple tourist from the Hill Country. Read more

On-the-Boards Spotlight: Paso Robles
It may, at first, seem a bit of a paradox. A 1,380 acre master planned community, comfortably nestled into the Texas Hill Country, only minutes from the highest quality of employment, education, shopping and healthcare on the Greater Austin-San Antonio Corridor. That's the beauty of Paso Robles; San Marcos' largest new community retains the best qualities of Hill Country Living, yet provides unparalleled access to all the benefits of modern urban living.

Paso Robles, a Carma Texas development, is a vision for a diverse residential community based on a blend of well-planned residential enclaves, unique architectural style, and a healthy respect for the land, all carefully crafted around a Tuscan Vineyard-inspired resort living concept. The community, when complete, will offer a distinctive collection of amenities unique to San Marcos; golf, parks, and over 300 acres of open space and preserves, all unified by an extensive system of broad parkways, linear parks, walks and trails. Inspiration for every detail...community centers, parks, landscaping, furnishings, trails, walls...is drawn from the rich heritage and patina of the rolling Tuscan countryside and its bountiful vineyards and classic wineries.

Holidays at RVi
The holidays are upon us and at RVi we've decked the reception, wrapped the presents and filled up on holiday cheer. To kick off the season, we worked with a local organization to identify a family to whom we can help bring Christmas, and last week our reindeer (pictured left) gathered and wrapped gifts till their antlers were sticky. We wish you, too, a holiday filled with friends, family and sticky antlers.

Please note that our offices will be closed on December 24, 25, 26, and on January 1.
