Construction has begun on a 55-acre tract at the award-winning Steiner Ranch master-planned community in far Northwest Austin. As the planners of Steiner Ranch, RVi is especially pleased to have a major role in the design of Longhorn Village, a $160M retirement community.
In association with the Ex-Students' Assocation of the University of Texas, Longhorn Village is being developed by CRSA, a Memphis, Tennessee corporation that has provided development, marketing, management and financial services for more than 200 senior living communities nationwide. Read more
The year started out busy for RVi Principal Barbara Austin. 2008 began with a presentation at the Texas Trails Network's 14th State Trails Conference in The Woodlands, Texas. Barbara presented the upcoming Mueller, Austin trail system to a room of industry experts and rave reviews. In February Barbara was featured with Town Lake Trail Foundation Executive Director, Susan Rankin, (pictured on the right) in Austin Woman magazine.
