RVi is pleased to welcome Chip Mills back to our team in the role of Project Director. Chip worked previously with RVi from 2003 to 2007 on projects such as Belterra in Dripping Springs, Cordillera Ranch in Boerne and Steiner Ranch in Austin. Since leaving RVi, Chip served as Executive Director of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce in Louisiana. With 11 years of experience in land planning, policy creation and economic development, Chip will be an asset to the RVi team as the firm continues to engage in community development and planning projects throughout Texas and the South.

As Director of Park Planning at RVi, Barbara has overseen the development of many beautiful Central Texas parks and open spaces, including the Mueller Greenways in Austin, the North San Gabriel River Trail in Georgetown, and the City of Austin’s Colorado River Park. Barbara has been with RVi for 18 years.
A member of the RVi team for over a decade, Mark has led the firm’s efforts in a number of diverse project types, including design of the Cinco Ranch Northwest community in Houston, the Buda Parks Workshop and subsequent design of two city parks, and the $21M Houston National Cemetery Expansion.
Paul serves as RVi’s Director of Landscape Architecture, and has been with the firm for over 20 years. Paul oversees RVi’s landscape architecture design on planned community projects such as Steiner Ranch, Belterra, and Teravista, as well as commercial, higher education, and senior living/active adult projects.
