We’re proud to announce that the Surprise City Council approved a major change to the Asante Trails planned area development by redesignating the site from commercial to mixed-use, including a blend of r-3, C-2 and C-3 zoning. RVi provided site planning and preliminary landscape architecture design.

With up to 282 multifamily units, Asante Trails promises a balanced urban lifestyle.
🏥 Anchored by an HonorHealth hospital campus, Asante Trails is set to transform a long-vacant site within the esteemed Asante master-planned community. Spanning 101 acres, this mixed-use gem will feature a cutting-edge hospital and medical office buildings and a dynamic blend of amenities. These include versatile office spaces, a brand-new hotel, and a vibrant array of shops and restaurants that will enrich the lives of the surrounding community in Surprise.
