Activating & Innovating Work Space in Tempe
The Phase One building at Novus is the first building in the heart of the 350-acre Novus innovation corridor. Located on Arizona State University-owned property, the six-story building includes multi-tenant office space above ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The main landscape architectural component incorporates an exterior public plaza with water feature and large shade canopy which is intended to draw you to the place. The innovation corridor is seamlessly integrated with ASU’s main campus along Tempe Town Lake, creating a bold new urban community that sparks intellect and creativity. Phase One construction was completed July 2020.
