Anthem Phoenix

Anthem Phoenix is a community that both RVi and LVA have worked on extensively. When RVi acquired LVA in 2018, we combined our portfolio of work on the project, which includes master planning, assistance with zoning and entitlements, and landscape design for Phases I and II, as well as golf course routing for the second golf course within the community.

Anthem Phoenix mixes two distinct residential developments: country club and conventional. Designs highlight open spaces and views of the surrounding mountains. Numerous sensitive areas are located within the community, including Dead Man Wash and Skunk Creek. Entitlements were obtained by working with the entitlement team to protect and preserve these areas, creating an asset for the community through environmental stewardship.
