Arboretum Villas at Plymouth Place

Plymouth Place replaced old, outdated cottage homes on the east half of their campus with new luxury villas that respond to the current market demands. The new multi-story villas feature resident amenities, including an expansive pond with overlooks and a pedestrian bridge, wellness courtyards, outdoor dining, bocce courts, a fire pit, water features, a putting green, BBQ grill stations, a pickleball court, raised vegetable gardens, and a greenhouse.

As part of our work, we used a detailed existing tree inventory compiled by volunteers from the Morton Arboretum. Due to the diversity of the existing tree species, we identified that Plymouth Place qualified for certification as a Level 1 arboretum. We balanced the number of tree species being removed due to construction with new tree species to ensure the Level 1 arboretum certification was maintained.
