Cabana Bullard

Located in the growing West Valley in the City of Goodyear, Cabana Bullard will ultimately serve a diverse group of users. RVi’s design for the project features a lush planting palette implemented around “pod” like building structures for the amenities. Each pod, or courtyard, is specifically themed, and includes ‘Oasis’ featuring the community pool and outdoor co-working spaces, ‘Backyard’ featuring outdoor grills and games, ‘Zen’ featuring a passive recreation lawn and meandering pathways, and finally a hammock garden for general relaxation. RVi has also assisted the Greenlight team with creating overall design guidelines for the Cabana brand and their various other projects across the Valley.
