Coyote Springs sits on the Clark & Lincoln county line 50 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada. Coyote Springs will be a complete new city with a population of 240,000 residents.
The Master Land-Use Plan includes a PGA Village golf community/resort, an age-restricted Active Adult Community, multiple single family residential villages, schools, parks, churches, mixed-use commercial development, and a destination recreational facility.
