GOALS

RVi’s goal was to create a master-planned community that honors the Sonoran Desert while providing residents with rich opportunities for wellness, recreation, and connection. Through thoughtful master planning, landscape architecture, theming, and trail design, the team sought to integrate neighborhood amenities seamlessly into the natural terrain, promoting outdoor activity and preserving the area’s distinctive desert character.

OUTCOMES

Dove Mountain has emerged as a community where the landscape itself sets the tone for daily life.
