RVi has provided a broad range of planning and design services for the Falcon Pointe community in Pflugerville. Beginning with master planning and thematic development, RVi carried through on the concepts to provide complete design services for the community and its many amenities.
The Residents’ Club at Falcon Pointe is the community’s center for recreation, socializing and exercising. The Clubhouse includes an activity room, exercise room, playroom, kitchen and office, anchored by a large pavilion. Amenities feature three swimming pools geared for different age groups, a sand volleyball court, lighted tennis courts and a basketball court. Playgrounds, picnic pavilions, open play areas and an amphitheater complete the venue and provide for year round enjoyment. Nearby, the 25-acre Central Park offers an 18 hole disc golf course and amenity pond for residents.
Additionally, there are 31 acres of public park space at Falcon Pointe. As they are developed, these parks become part of the City of Pflugerville’s parks system. Two such parks have been developed to-date: Falcon Pointe Gardens and Falcon Pointe Splash Park. The Gardens park features demonstration gardens, a community orchard, interpretive signage, purple martin houses, and a dog park. The Splash Park features a picnic pavilion, umbrellas for shade, and seat walls that place parents nearby the watery fun.
RVi has also designed multiple trails throughout the community, creating connectivity for residents as well as the general public, with tie-ins to the larger regional trail system.
