GOALS
RVi sought to coordinate a core area within Desert Ridge that would offer locals an upscale space to stroll, shop, grab a bite, or indulge in pampering. The site needed to connect the street’s different attractions to allow for seamless exploration from one point to the next. Our landscape architecture services aimed to enhance the area’s refined, design-forward vibe.
OUTCOMES
High Street at City North brought Desert Ridge residents both community and lifestyle benefits. The area’s local character is showcased with open-air features and integration with the surrounding community. With access to more than two dozen vendors all on one street, the destination serves as an entertainment hub. Visitors can enjoy shopping at different storefronts, dining at top-rated restaurants, and taking part in a variety of entertainment experiences.
For professionals, the street features Class-A office space that makes it easy to grab lunch or socialize after work, with attractions just steps away from the workplace. The availability of luxury apartments nearby reinforces the urban energy and “live, work, and play” dynamic.
With a focus on the pedestrian experience, paseos and shady outdoor walkways line the surrounding area to enhance outside engagement. Large urban plazas and engaging landscape elements elevate the street’s atmosphere.
