Kissing Tree

With a focus on health and wellbeing, exploration of the arts, and a touch of foodie culture, Kissing Tree has been meticulously built by developer Brookfield Residential to appeal to the 55+ age demographic. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, 18-hole golf and 18-hole putting course, biergarten, community kitchen, amphitheater, dog park, and loads of outdoor games and activities. The rolling topography of Kissing Tree was a major influence in the design of this community. The Balcones Fault Line runs alongside the site, a natural feature which has been expressed in several different ways, including the community’s intricately-designed signature bridge and neighborhood signage program.
