Preservation and Enhancement of Natural Beauty
Marisol Ranch is an environmentally- sensitive residential master planned community of 634 acres with up to 2,270 residential units and a 34-acre mixed use commercial corner. The design of the community is based on the preservation and enhancement of the natural beauty of the site, including the preservation of primary wash corridors, steep-slopes and hillside areas while maintaining native vegetation within various open space corridors. The plan includes appropriate buffers to protect adjacent rural residential development while providing for a range of residential densities integrated with natural and improved open space, parks and recreational amenities and a connected trail system throughout the community.
