RVi led the planning, design, and entitlement process for this mixed-use, built-to-rent development in unincorporated Osceola County—the first BTR community to receive County approval.
GOALS
The project sought to demonstrate the viability of the built-to-rent model while navigating a complex entitlement process and establishing a high-quality planning framework for future developments in the County.
OUTCOMES
Designed and permitted in 2021, we helped create a model for future BTR developments in Osceola County with the Narcoossee Community. RVi provided due diligence, conceptual planning, PUD rezoning submittals, a detailed final master plan, and 3D renderings to support County review and approval. The approved plan organizes homes around shared open spaces inspired by the traditional “Village Green” model, reinforcing walkability, neighborhood identity, and community interaction.
