Creating space within the Heritage Trees
RVi is providing landscape architecture services for Pioneer Bank’s new bank building in the Austin-University area. Site design includes an grand entry plaza at 38th Street which provides a unique front door to the building and serves as a shaded gathering space for employee use and special events. An interior courtyard provides street-level access as well as covered access from the adjacent 4-level parking structure to the bank. Within the courtyard, an intricate hardscape design extends into the entry drive to evoke a more pedestrian oriented space, even where vehicles are present.
