Rancho Sienna
Hill Country Spirit
Newland Communities acquired this residential community in 2012, when the property was less than 10% built out and home sales were lagging. Newland sought to reposition the property in the market and take a longterm, thoughtful approach to its development. RVi was brought on board to help revitalize the existing property, plan for new phases, and design a cohesive and successful community. Since then, Rancho Sienna has been transformed into a thriving development, earning the distinction of Best Master Planned Community in 2016 by the Austin Business Journal.
The rolling topography of Rancho Sienna contributes significantly to its appeal, and the design team worked to preserve as many of the site’s natural characteristics as possible. Mature trees, rock outcroppings, and hillside views make Rancho Sienna a beautiful place to call home. An extensive open space and trail system connects the community and encourages an active lifestyle. Other amenities include a well-appointed community center, The Sienna House, which features a large gathering room, fitness center, open-air pavilion, pool, splash pad, and playground. Greenleaf Park and Sienna Trail Park offer additional amenities such as a bird watching blind, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, a fishing dock, and playscapes. Future planned amenities will bring the parks and open space total to over 100 acres, including a dog park, additional fishing pier, multiple neighborhood parks, and miles of trails.
