GOALS

RVi pictured more than just a luxury community for Reverence, which serves as an extension of the Summerlin master-planned community. Drawing inspiration from the area’s desert landscape, the team aimed to weave natural aesthetics for a rugged, yet refined, sense of place. The intention was to offer residents state-of-the-art community features that reflected and enhanced the landscape.

OUTCOMES

By using the naturally elevated canyonlands as a foundation for the community, residents of Reverence enjoy cooler temperatures against a desert climate, and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley. RVi’s vast range of services included landscape architecture, master planning, grading design, and construction support. Through budget analysis, cost estimating, plant procurement, and clear design and theming guidelines, RVi brought Pulte Homes’ vision for the community to life.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the community’s proximity to a national conservation area allows for an active lifestyle of hiking, biking, camping, rock climbing, photography, off road driving, and more. Residents of the community also enjoy a premiere amenity village, including a 16,000 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor recreation center, pickleball courts, outdoor terraces with fire pit, and a wet deck for poolside lounging.

Past the walls of the amenity spaces, residents can enjoy the great outdoors with miles of walking trails, as well as tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts within an eight-acre park with an amphitheater. By designing highly creative spaces throughout Reverence, residents can be more closely connected to their community.
