Sabina
Bringing new life to a former campus in Austin, this walkable, bikeable multifamily development was named for an East Texas river and brought fresh design thinking to traditional Texas motifs.
Sited in a former “flat spot” at the eastern edge of downtown Austin and the University of Texas, the project takes its name from Texas’ easternmost river, the Sabine. Sabina is a 298-unit multi-family residential development that needed a brand that embraced new design thinking to create a beacon for students and young professionals by offering a balance of luxury amenities and affordability in what has since become the center of town. Services provided include project naming, brand identity design, website design, collateral design, signage design and branded environment design.
