A Sunny Oasis for Active Adults
Conceived as a Texas Hill Country oasis, this master planned retirement community includes more than 10,500 active adult units, four 18-hole golf courses, and a community center for social activities. The plan is structured around open spaces and preserved land for endangered species, as well as other recreational amenities. RVi provided a wide range of services for this community, from master planning through landscape architecture design. The community has been recognized both nationally and locally, including an award for Conservation Leadership from the Nature Conservancy of Texas.
