Tech Ridge Homewood Suites

RVi was pleased to provide a courtyard design for an extended-stay hotel in Austin’s Tech Ridge. The project includes perimeter parking lot planting and pedestrian improvements for the general grounds as well as for a swimming pool, sport court, grill station, pergola, and patron lounge areas.

To set the space apart from other hotels of its kind, the project team decided to add quirky elements like a mural, Willie Nelson memorabilia, and a half-buried Volkswagen Beetle on the hotel lawn. These whimsical components are expected to add an elevated dimension to an otherwise standardized site.
