The Bungalows on Glendale was envisioned as a next-generation rental community that blends the privacy of single-family living with the ease of low-maintenance luxury. Through thoughtful site planning, we integrated open space with multiple single-family and duplex options to balance privacy with comfort, connection, and everyday living across a large-scale built-to-rent setting.

RVi partnered with Cavan Investments to offer the benefits of single-family living with the comforts and low-maintenance requirements of a luxury rental community.
OUTCOMES
The Bungalows on Glendale include a total of 336 residential units, each with its own private, landscaped backyard patio. RVi provided site planning and landscape architecture to bring the 38.2-acre site to life. In addition to the private outdoor space with each unit, the site plan includes an abundance of common space integrated throughout the community to encourage wellness, recreation, and connection among residents.
The mix of units offers 66 one-bedroom units, 151 two-bedroom units, and 119 three-bedroom units for families and individuals to occupy. Each residential unit features a minimum of 10 feet between dwellings, allowing for privacy. The strategic spacing in the site plan also accommodates sidewalks, underground utilities, and landscaping.
