GOALS
The Bungalows at Westgate aimed to provide an upscale rental community to the Glendale market, within walking distance of Cardinals Stadium and Glendale’s Westgate Center.
OUTCOMES
Through careful site planning, landscaping, and amenity design, RVi helped Cavan Investments create a low-maintenance, luxury rental community. The site includes a mix of single- and multi-family homes, offering a diverse array of opportunities for residents to live and enjoy the community. The site’s 195 units include one-bedroom duplexes and two- and three-bedroom detached units.
RVi prepared the site plan and a community amenity package that includes a farmhouse community center and swimming pool, fire pits, picnic areas, a dog park, and flexible turf play areas. The low-maintenance landscaping features native plantings to enhance resilience in the local desert climate.
