Located in North Phoenix, Logan at Jomax is a thoughtfully planned built-to-rent community that blends private outdoor living with shared amenities in a low-density, single-story setting. The project emphasizes comfort, accessibility, and everyday livability for residents seeking flexible housing options in a growing suburban market.
GOALS
In partnership with the developer, we aimed to deliver a high-quality multifamily rental community that offers the privacy and functionality typically associated with single-family homes. Key goals included integrating private outdoor space for every unit, creating inviting shared amenities, and organizing the site to foster a strong sense of community while maintaining a relaxed residential character.
OUTCOMES
RVi supported the delivery of a 141-unit, single-story rental community featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, each with a private outdoor patio. The site plan incorporates a centrally located clubhouse, pool, common open space, and recreational amenities designed to encourage social interaction and outdoor enjoyment. Together, the integrated planning and amenity framework create a cohesive neighborhood environment that balances individual privacy with shared community life.
