Exciting things have been happening at RVi, and we are delighted to announce the opening of our new Orlando office! The office, located at 130 South Orange Avenue in Orlando, will be headed by Ryan Seacrist, PLA. Ryan is a licensed landscape architect and experienced office leader with experience in a variety of public and private sector project types including parks and recreation, K-12 and higher education, corporate campuses, mixed-use developments, urban plazas and streetscapes, multi-family, and master planned communities.
For RVi, the opening of a Florida office felt like a natural fit. “We are very excited to establish an office in Florida, as many of our existing clients and allied firms are already active in this market. Under Ryan’s leadership, we are looking forward to bringing our planning and design expertise to a state with a very strong economy and burgeoning real estate development industry,” RVi President Chris Crawford said.
RVi Orlando will be staffed by planning and landscape architecture professionals who not only bring diverse project experience but business development acumen. “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build the RVi team and our client relationships here in Orlando. It is helpful to have the resources of a national firm to pair with our team’s incredible talent and local expertise,” Ryan said.
RVi’s prior work in Florida includes The Arlington of Naples continuing care retirement center in Naples, the renovation of Coastland Center Mall in Naples, and the South Florida National Cemetery Expansion in Lake Worth. As we continue to grow our national platform, we look forward to providing our full suite of planning, landscape architecture, parks and open space design, and digital visualization services to the sunshine state!
