RVi’s Orlando staff are set to move into a new downtown office in late June that is nearly three times the size of what they’ve occupied over the past year, after the company made its Florida market entry through Orlando just 14 months ago.

Located in downtown Orlando’s 111 Magnolia Avenue mixed-use tower, the new office space features 8,600 square feet along the building’s eastern side, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an unobstructed view over downtown landmark Lake Eola. The ample natural lighting supports RVi’s mission of “opening the outdoors.”

The new office will be shared by RVi with sister-company ATWELL, LLC, a multi-discipline engineering and surveying firm with close to 40 offices nationwide and six locations in Florida. RVi and ATWELL are uniting in a number of cities under one roof to more easily collaborate on projects.

“In only 14 months the Orlando team has experienced quick and progressive success in establishing a new market presence for RVi,” said Ryan Seacrist, PLA, director of Florida Operations. “A winning combination of our dedicated start-up staff, the addition of a complementary group through a strategic merger, and unwavering support of the legacy RVi brand has led us to yet another exciting moment. We look forward to expanding our growth potential as we move into our new and inspiring office space with our partners at ATWELL.”

An additional 4,500 square feet of neighboring space on the same floor will be built out over the coming months specifically for RVi. With panoramic views westward over downtown Orlando, that space should be ready for RVi to open the new year with a dedicated Orlando studio, while still providing closely-aligned services with ATWELL that many clients have come to appreciate.

“The Orlando offices of RVi and Atwell have demonstrated an incredible level of synergy over their first year of serving clients in Central Florida together,” said RVi President Chris Crawford. “Communication is seamless across the disciplines of planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying when our staff are on a first-name basis and work within a few feet of one another.”

You can find RVi Orlando’s new office at 111 N. Magnolia Avenue, Suite 1350, Orlando FL 32801. We look forward to continuing to provide our full suite of planning, landscape architecture, parks and open space design, and digital visualization services to Central Florida.
